There are a variety of Go for 2&5 campaign resources available free of charge for people working with the ACT community. To order Go for 2&5 resources, please download, complete and return the order form via email, fax or mail (details on order form).
  • ACT Health Promotion Resource Order Form

Orders will be processed on a weekly basis. If you require resources quickly, please highlight this on your order form. Other nutrition and physical activity resources available through Health Promotion and Grants, ACT Health, can also be requested using the order form.
